Ethan Wagner of New York created the concept of RuedX (Rueda Exchange) in 2016 … a meet-up of groups of Rueda teachers and experienced Rueda dancers over a long weekend to share ideas, create, dance, have fun … at minimum cost. At the RuedX Austria in 2019, two cantantes (Alex + Eva of Cuban Salsa Graz, Austria) include various sequences that include two modalities (Caminando for movement and Switch for changing roles) and a structure (Torno).
